07 / Industrial maintenance and support

Maintenance with priorities, scope and intervention evidence.

We support the definition and execution of maintenance for industrial equipment and systems, with responsibilities, safety conditions and deliverables agreed before intervention.

The problem we structure

From symptom to technical scope.

Addressing only the visible failure can leave causes, interfaces and open items unresolved. A structured approach separates diagnosis, contingency, correction, prevention and follow-up.

Typical deliverables

Work outputs that can be reviewed.

The final proposal selects and adjusts these deliverables. None is assumed automatically.

  1. 01

    Initial visit or survey

  2. 02

Asset inventory and criticality within scope

  3. 03

    Assessment and prioritised findings

  4. 04

    Preventive, corrective or scheduled plan

  5. 05

    Intervention method and resources

  6. 06

    Activity, test and open-item records

  7. 07

    Follow-up and spare-part recommendations

01 / AUDIENCE

Teams that may benefit.

Maintenance, operations, production, asset, project and procurement leaders in industrial plants and facilities.

02 / SECTORS

Relevant contexts.

Manufacturing, processing, food and beverage, infrastructure, energy and industrial utility systems.

Service method

Four stages to maintain control.

The sequence adapts to the context while keeping ownership, reviews and closure criteria visible.

01

Assess

Condition, history, symptoms, risks and limits.

02

Prioritise

Criticality, actions, resources and work window.

03

Intervene

Safe execution, records and change control.

04

Close

Testing, open items, recommendations and next cycle.

FAQ

Questions that set expectations.

01Do you provide 24/7 emergency support?

No standard 24/7 coverage is offered. Availability, hours, mobilisation and response times are agreed in each proposal.

02Can you take over all maintenance for a plant?

Assets, workload, competencies, safety, spares, information and service levels must first be assessed. The scope may be one-off, recurring or discipline-specific.

03Do you guarantee failure elimination or cost reduction?

No absolute outcome is promised. The proposal defines activities, assumptions and acceptance criteria; results depend on asset condition, use, history and interfaces.
