Teams that may benefit.
Technical publications, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, IT, training and document-management teams in regulated or asset-intensive sectors.
03 / Technical information management and digital solutions
We develop and license DocuManage and other proprietary platforms for managing and distributing technical information. We support them with consulting, migration, integration, training and support, and can integrate authorised client or third-party tools when required by the scope.
The problem we structure
Without a trusted source, people search across multiple systems, work from different versions and depend on informal knowledge. Software alone does not solve the problem: content, ownership, processes, access and adoption criteria must be defined.
Typical deliverables
The final proposal selects and adjusts these deliverables. None is assumed automatically.
Source inventory and classification
Taxonomy, metadata and permission model
Version, review, approval and publication rules
Cleansing, digitisation and migration plan
Configuration of web and mobile applications with online and offline access, subject to scope
Publication and distribution of smart PDF, ePub, XML/SGML, multimedia and dynamic forms
User management and single sign-on (SSO) integration through SAML 2.0 where applicable
Hosting, backup, information security and business continuity defined in the proposal
Updates, testing, training for key users, adoption, support and maintenance
Technical publications, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, IT, training and document-management teams in regulated or asset-intensive sectors.
Aviation, MRO, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure and organisations managing critical technical information.
Service method
The sequence adapts to the context while keeping ownership, reviews and closure criteria visible.
Users, content, formats, systems and constraints.
Information, governance, lifecycle, access and architecture.
Representative pilot, controlled migration and acceptance criteria.
Phased rollout, training, support and improvement.
FAQ
Yes. DocuManage is part of our proprietary platform portfolio for document management and distribution. The scope may include web and mobile applications, online and offline operation, user management, forms, hosting, support and maintenance. Each proposal identifies proprietary components and any authorised third-party elements.
Feasibility depends on source quality, rights, structure and volume, as well as the target format. A representative sample is validated before scope and quality are committed.
Single sign-on through SAML may be included when supported by the platform, identity provider and client security requirements. The scope is defined with IT.
Each proposal defines handover, training for key users, support, maintenance, service hours and ownership. No permanent or 24/7 service is assumed.
